Conditions for granting work permits to foreigners working in Vietnam under the new rules

1. There is a civil act capacity sufficient under the law.2. Health line with job requirements.3. As a manager, executives, professionals or technical workers.4. Not the offender or prosecuted for criminal liability in accordance with the law of Vietnam and foreign laws.5. Approved in writing by the state bodies authorized on the use of foreign workers.Profile of work permits granted to foreigners as temporary residence card in Vietnam include:1. An application for a work permit for foreigners as stipulated by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs.2. The health certificate or medical examination certificate as prescribed (within 12 months). List of hospital health care for foreigners to work permits.3. Judicial records as prescribed.4. Documents proving the management, executives, professionals, technical workers, teachers (University degree, certificate of work experience abroad, ...)5. 02 4x6 color photo (white background, without glasses).6. Passport (authenticated copy book material).7. The papers relating to foreign workers (as the case prescribed: Appointment of the parent company, the labor contract, the written approval of the employer, ...)The papers under this provision is 01 or 01 copies of the originals, if in a foreign language are free of consular legalization, but must be translated into Vietnamese and certified under Vietnam law.Where to apply: Depending on the company / companies under the management of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs or the company / companies under the management of the management board of industrial zones / export processing zones to file .Duration: 07 working days after receiving valid dossiers.
